Please call Advantage Plan Customer Service at 800/613-2583 (TTY/TDD
800/982-8109). Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a
week, from November 15, 2008 until March 1, 2009. After March 1, hours will be
8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. An answering service will be available
on the weekends.
