Hiring of Non-Tobacco Users
Medical Mutual is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and to promoting the health
and wellbeing of its employees. As such, it is the policy of the Company to only hire individuals who do not engage
in the use of tobacco.
All new hires will be required to confirm their non-smoking status on the employment application form
and prior to hire will be tested for tobacco use as part of the Company's drug screening process.
